This Shipping Policy describes how TCGworld handles the shipping and delivery of physical trading cards that you request for fulfillment from your digital inventory. By using our shipping services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Fulfillment and Shipping
How It Works
TCGworld allows you to request fulfillment of physical trading cards from your digital inventory and have them shipped to your address. When you request fulfillment, your cards are carefully packaged and shipped from our US-based fulfillment facility.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the United States only. We are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities to additional regions. If you are located outside the United States, please check back regularly for updates on international shipping availability.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks from the date your fulfillment request is processed. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, and other factors outside of our control. We are continuously working to improve our fulfillment process and reduce delivery times.
Address Verification Requirement
For fraud prevention and security purposes, your shipping address must match your billing address on file. Withdrawal requests with mismatched addresses will be automatically blocked. If you need to ship to a different address, please contact admin@tcgworld.gg for verification before submitting your request.
2. Shipping Methods and Security
To ensure the safe delivery of your cards, we automatically select the appropriate shipping method and security features based on the total value of your order. Higher value orders receive faster shipping and additional protection measures.
Insurance Coverage
Orders under 15,000 gems: Standard shipping protection included at no additional cost.
Orders 15,000 - 40,000 gems: Insurance coverage is automatically added to protect your shipment. The insurance fee will be included in your total shipping cost.
Orders 40,000 gems and above: Full insurance coverage for the complete order value is automatically included. The insurance fee will be added to your shipping total.
Signature Requirements
Orders 15,000 - 75,000 gems: Signature required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, or you may arrange for pickup at your local carrier facility.
Orders 75,000 gems and above: Adult signature (18+ years old) required upon delivery. A valid government-issued ID may be requested by the carrier.
Shipping Speed
Orders under 40,000 gems: Standard shipping (typically 2-7 business days).
Orders 40,000 - 200,000 gems: Expedited shipping (typically 2-3 business days) automatically applied at no additional cost.
Orders 200,000 gems and above: Overnight shipping automatically applied for maximum security.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs, including any required insurance and signature fees, are calculated and displayed in full before you complete your withdrawal request. The final cost shown at checkout includes all applicable fees with no hidden charges. TCGworld covers the cost of fulfillment processing and handling—you only pay for shipping and any required insurance.
3. Packaging and Quality
Our Standards
We take great care in packaging your cards to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. All cards are packaged according to industry best practices. Each card is double-sleeved for protection against moisture and handling damage, placed in rigid top loaders to prevent bending and creasing, shipped in bubble mailers with adequate cushioning material, and sealed securely to prevent tampering during transit.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimated delivery date. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update their system with tracking information.
4. Issues and Support
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your cards arrive damaged or if your shipment is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@tcgworld.com. Please include photos of any damage and your order information. For insured orders, we will work with you to file a claim and resolve the issue. All reports of damage or loss must be made within 7 days of the delivery date shown in the tracking information.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before confirming your fulfillment request. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately—we will do our best to intercept the shipment, but we cannot guarantee address changes once the order is in transit.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to retrieve the package from the carrier, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package. Please monitor your tracking information and make arrangements to receive your package when it arrives.
